Question: You mention AV. What AV services do you provide?
Answer: We provide a broad range of Audio Visual services under e:senses view. This includes provision of terrestrial and satellite TV along with IPTV. AV projects include customer consultancy to assess requirements and use cases; ensuring that we deliver the optimal build. We have delivered full AV solutions into a number of high end conference venues and would be happy to provide you with references.
Question: As a serviced office operator, can I roll out the e:senses service?
Answer: Sure. The e:senses platform is completely open and will integrate with most environments. We are in the process of rolling out the service across the industry and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how and when we can factor your workspace into our roll-out plans.
Question: What is actually provided under the e:senses desk bundle?
Answer: The e:senses desk bundle includes internet connectivity, a fully managed LAN and an enterprise level IP phone system with direct dial and a host of features.
Question: How do I know whether I can get the e:senses service in my office?
Answer: If you are in an e:senses enabled serviced office, you can have immediate access to our solution. If you are in another serviced office environment then just contact us to ask about availability as e:senses may already be scheduled for deployment. If that is not the case we would be happy to speak with your operator to discuss getting the service to you as quickly as possible.
