The essensys support team will provide pre and post sales support for the duration of the customer lifecycle.
Clients build a trusted relationship with the essensys team as the majority of client queries are not normally associated with service faults, they are simply questions or feature and change requests. Whilst JEFF™ can be used to action change requests we still find some clients enjoy the human interaction of the support team.
JEFF™ is designed to be intuitive to use so you can get up and running quickly.
Training

- How-to-videos and FAQs which are accessible via JEFF™ and tailored to our partners
