Our networks are based on proven reference architectures that have their roots in the high availability, high performance world of ISPs and are the basis for true convergence. In recognition of the fact that all customers have similar but never identical requirements, our platform is open and standards based, enabling us to integrate with pre-existing systems when required.
- Connectivity is delivered by a secure, high performance converged network with internet access provided on either a shared or dedicated basis. This connectivity can be extended with secure VPN access, wireless hotspots or cross-site wireless LAN capabilities as required.
- Telephony is provided using the very latest handset and system technologies from leading vendors and includes an enterprise class set of features.
- Protection is afforded by industry leading anti-virus and anti-spam software while business continuity is assured with online backup/recovery and replication based disaster recovery solutions.
- Hosted services are delivered from a resilient, high-availability platform distributed across a number of Tier 3 datacentres in the UK. We only use enterprise grade server hardware from HP to ensure service uptime.
